Information memorandum on the processing of personal data

Dear business friends,
We are addressing you on behalf of NOMA Telecom s.r.o., with its registered office in Prague, Ostrovní 126/3 Prague, New Town, Czech Republic, 110 00, IČ: 28464206 (hereinafter referred to as “NOMA Telecom”).

Referring to the entry into force on 25 May 2018 of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter Regulation ”), we hereby provide you with information on the processing and protection of personal data in NOMA Telecom s.r.o.

Below we inform you what personal data NOMA Telecom has at its disposal, how it handles them and from where it obtains them.

With this memorandum, we give you information on how NOMA Telecom processes and protects the personal data of business partners.

NOMA Telecom considers the processing of personal data, their recording, storage, use, inspection, deletion and disposal to be the processing of personal data.

Purpose of personal data processing

without consent: NOMA Telecom processes personal data for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations, fulfilling legal obligations, protection of rights and legally protected interests;

with consent: NOMA Telecom processes personal data for marketing purposes, for passing on personal data to third parties for contacting a business partner for market research and marketing research purposes, for sending information about organized events, products, services and other activities.

Personal data

NOMA Telecom processes personal data that you provide to us in connection with the fulfillment of contractual obligations and arising from the fulfillment of obligations under contracts, in connection with the fulfillment of legal obligations, in connection with the protection of rights and legally protected interests. In particular, these are processed personal data:

name, surname, date of birth, birth number, address, telephone number, email, ID number, VAT number, signature specimen, account number, status of NOMA Telecom receivables, status of business partner receivables, communication with the client (telephone and email communication) camera recording.

Method of obtaining personal data

NOMA Telecom obtains personal data directly from business partners, especially when negotiating, concluding and fulfilling contracts, as well as from publicly available sources, such as public registers.

Method of personal data processing

NOMA Telecom processes personal data of business partners manually and automatically, in the NOMA Telecom information system. Personal data is processed primarily by NOMA Telecom employees or authorized representatives with whom NOMA Telecom has a contractual relationship guaranteeing the same conditions for the processing of personal data as NOMA Telecom directly has.

Time of processing personal data

NOMA TELECOM processes personal data for the time necessary for the purpose of their processing. In general, personal data of business partners are processed for the duration of the contractual relationship. However, NOMA Telecom is obliged to warn business partners that the processed personal data that is necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations must be processed regardless of your consent, for the period specified by the relevant legal regulations or in accordance with them.

Withdrawal of consent

Business partners can withdraw their voluntary consent at any time via the contact details below. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of personal data that we process on a legal basis other than consent.

Security of personal data

NOMA Telecom takes technical and organizational security measures to protect the managed data against unauthorized manipulation, loss, destruction, access by unauthorized persons or unauthorized disclosure.

However, NOMA Telecom must warn you that it is not objectively possible to completely guarantee the security of your personal data. Therefore, it is not even 100% possible to ensure that the personal data provided cannot be accessed, copied, published, altered or destroyed by a third party by breaking our security measures. However, NOMA Telecom strives to regularly monitor security measures and adapt them to technological developments.

Request for access to personal data

In the event that a business partner submits an application, NOMA Telecom will provide information on what data it processes about it.

Provided that the business partner finds that NOMA Telecom processes its personal data inaccurately or incompletely or considers that they are processed in violation of the law, NOMA Telecom may request an explanation and the elimination of the defective condition.
